TEC Counseling does not take a secular approach and simply attach a Bible verse to the end of it. A Christian worldview shapes the entire conversation — how circumstances are understood, how identity and forgiveness are approached, how responsibility and boundaries are handled, and how healing and growth actually happen.

At the same time, you do not need a particular church affiliation to come here, and you do not need to have your faith figured out. Wherever you are, you are welcome.
